End of Day 3. Oh man, cardio was so hard today.
End of day 2.
I didn’t do as much exercise as I wanted because life got in the way…oh well. I’ll just have to exercise twice as hard tomorrow.
I didn’t do well today…ugh, it’s so hard to start up again.
Also if anyone else is doing the Insanity workout program, please tell me how to calculate calories burned onto livestrong.com without a heart monitor thingie.
But first I had to digest my dinner.
My cousin says this exercise program is rough but I’m willing to do it.

Today’s weight: 187 lbs.
I start my new diet and exercise routine today. Let’s see how this goes down!
